Pixel 6a, free battery warranty replacement ended up costing me $50 because they claimed it was a software issue as they couldn't get the phone into maintenance mode to run diagnostics after putting in the new battery. Was told 2 hr repair time. I went back 3 hrs later to pick it up and spent another 1 hr or more waiting on them trying to run the diagnostic hooking it up to their PC. I wasn't impressed. I figured a phone battery costs $25 or so online and they took $25 to replace it. Left with a sour taste.
They fixed my charging port they worked fast and efficiently, great customer service. Thank you soooo much
