You don't need a warranty referral on your phone or just about any device to get knowledgeable, trustworthy service although I did get referred here by Verizon. Polite & courteous on the phone. The same in person. They cleaned up the charging port and sent me on my way. Less than 5 minutes. This was so appreciated especially since it was a busy day.
Brought my iPad in that had a black screen in- was told it may take 2 days to fix . Was called that same day , was fixed , very friendly , and not overly priced. Was very impressed.
Phone restored! My phone looks and feels brand new. Fold 7 inner screen damaged due to being dropped. I dropped off my phone for about 3 hours and came back to a "new" phone. They did a perfect job replacing the inner screen. It looks amazing again. Highly recommend this location. Drop off was simple and so was pick up. In and out within minutes. Simple, quick and efficient team. Will be back for future fold 7 issues.
