Both gentlemen were VERY helpful. They did a deep cleaning for me at no charge!! Don't find that too much any more?!?! They did NOT talk down to me (I'm older and don't always understand things) and explained everything so I could understand it. I HIGHLY recommend them for any kind of issues you may have with your phone!!! If I need anything else, I know where I'll go!!!
I needed help with my Samsung cell phone. Needed more storage, I'd added a card, but it didn't format correctly. Brett (The Man!), fixed it and was able to get me the storage needed. Thank you, Brett!
