Valdyr was very helpful and friendly great customer service.
My camera was broken with no external damage. They checked it over, decided to order a new internal part, it took over a week to arrive. When I came back, they said the repair would take less than 4 hours, and they would email when to return. I received no email, so I came back after 4 hours anyway. They said the phone frame was bent and they couldn't perform the repair. Listed on Mass.gov as a Battery Recycling Center. I have dropped phones and other batteries here for years. Now today the employee tried to scam me out of $30 to drop a battery. Beware! It is supposed to be free..
