I made an appointment online for my son's PS5, took it in, they called the next day with a diagnosis. I didnt even know that this was covered in my protection plan with AT&T but it was. The guy there remembered me from a previous claim that I filed to fix my phone's screen. He informed me of what steps to follow to open a claim with AT&T. Once I did, they took it from there. Horrible place. No communication at all. Like at all at all. They had to ship my ps5 to Florida to be fixed but didn’t call me once to give me an update, I had to call for almost 3 weeks to get a final update on my repair. Then when I called for the last time they told me my device isn’t fixable and I could pick up. But did not once call me to tell my my device was even at the store already. Horrible place. Go to the small shops they charge less and are way more professional.
Came in for what I thought was a major issue but Jon fixed it right away and was super kind and informative. Thank y’all!! I’ll most definitely be back!
Omg!! Where do I even start?! Johnathan was absolutely AMAZING from the moment I walked in with my son’s PS5! My younger son had somehow managed to insert an unknown object into the system, and I was honestly panicking.
