My cell phone was locked up from me messing up my sign-in password. I dropped off my phone with James yesterday who explained what needed to be done, including returning to factory settings. It was kept overnight, completed and picked up today. James explained steps to take with Google to prevent the same problem in the future. James was very patient with this 75-year-old struggling with technology. He was very professional, engaging and encouraging. I will definitely use uBreakiFix services as needed in the future.
It's not been yet a week and it's already starting to peel. They did say they will fix it free I'll move my review up from 1 star to 4 for the time being
