Even though they couldn't fix my issue everyone was professional and patient and explained all of my options
Had an old phone still new in box from years ago. Got it for free and forgot about it. Years later the battery it came with expanded. Tried to switch out myself and failed. Brought it to this place and they didn't even charge me saying at least I attempted. Great guys with great attitude willing to check your electronics! I highly recommend them!
Horrible experience. They kept my laptop for 5 days just to “diagnose” the problem and still couldn’t fix the issue. I trusted this shop with my laptop, but had a very disappointing experience. When I picked it up, the screws were not fitted back properly and the laptop casing was loose. When I asked about it, one technician admitted he had opened the laptop, but another later denied it and refused to provide a written explanation.
