I wasn't going to write a review, but they sent me a text asking for one, so they get what they deserve. This place is so frustrating. The website gives you a total pie in the sky estimate on how long things will take. When you get there, suddenly it's a different story, and the 2 to 3 hour window is for the appointment and not the repair. And what does that even mean? This was the worst experience we have had working with phone and tech repair companies. My bf dropped off his phone yesterday for a battery replacement and diagnostic. Ubreakifix has a same day turnaround for repairs, which they communicated over the phone before we arrived. When we dropped off the phone however, they labeled his repair as a diagnostic, which they claimed would take 24-48 hours for results.
