My experience here was more than excellent from start to finish. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my phone issue was resolved quickly. I appreciated how patient they were and how smoothly the entire process went. Alex and Connor were so easy to work with and had my phone glass cover back and in my hands in less than 30 minutes.
Jack was fantastic and was able to fix my phone in less than 5 minutes and did an amazing job!
Replaced a MAcbook screen. They screen started showing a line within a week and the hindges were not aligned. The store refused to take any responsibility for the poor quality work and defective part and instead asked me to pay again for a new screen as they have changed suppliers and no longer can reach old supplier. The tech was extremely unprofessional . DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION or use this COMPANY
Outstanding service and communication from Connor and Alex. Was running late to pick up my repaired laptop and Alex was nice enough to wait a few minutes for me to arrive before closing up. Great job all around and would recommend to anyone.
