I rarely write online reviews, but my experience at uBreakiFix one week ago was so exceptionally poor that I felt compelled to share. I came in to have my cellphone serviced, and the employee working at the counter was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. He was intentionally rude and spoke to me condescendingly. Instead of being helpful, his customer service was horrible and made what should have been a simple repair a miserable experience. Best customer service ever! Eric and answered all my questions and gave me free advice and assistance. And he didn’t even make fun of my “total-tech-ignorance”. I will definitely be doing business with uBreakiFix in Plano going forward.
Had a screen repaired and Alex was very helpful. Excellent customer service. Only waited 30 minutes for repair. Helped us safely place a new screen protector. Very knowledgeable techs. Will only get my phones repaired here going forward. Highly recommend!
