Jake was excellent, kind, and thoughtful! Able to remedy my issues within minutes!
I would’ve given you five stars but the problem wasn’t actually solved. That said Jake worked 100% with what he had to work with and did a great job and kept In touch with me, and because it wasn’t fixed, only charge me for the diagnostic. Which I thought was very fair.
These guys are super nice. If you need something really simple done like getting debris out of a device’s charge port, they’re happy to help. Can’t recommend this place enough!
