I'm extremely grateful for this repair service in Oak Lawn. The tech fixed my Samsung S20 FE phone in a couple of hours.
My Galaxy S20 FE phone had issues with the screen failing to unlock along with the screen displaying signs of going bad with the distorted static green and black background. I called the Oak Lawn location and received excellent customer service on the phone. Greeted in store by a friendly, knowledgable employee who explained the common issue and the resolution. They had my laptop for over a month, they couldn't fix it, and they never bothered to call me to let me know. I had to find out by going into the store and ask why it was taking so long. Will not be returning.
