Friendly, professional. Very helpful in explanation of the phone problem, also recommended other business that might have immediate repair service. this is why I chose them even though I had to wait a bit. Phone works great.
Wouldn't repair my device because a small piece of plastic was broke off which had nothing to do with the damaged pixels in the screen. They tried to charge me $330.00 and my phone was still under warranty! so I complained to samsung they sent me a shipping label repaired the phone and sent it back to me. The place has poor customer service! Or maybe just prejudice over there!
