Absolutely terrible customer service from Greg. He was very condescending and a total jerk. If you don’t like your job, please find another one! Very unhelpful in times of need. It is very disappointing to see that a slob like himself can even hold a customer service job with that disgusting attitude.

Was in and out in about 20 to 30 minutes the associate that helped us was very professional, came in for a charger port fix but ended up finding out their port just needed to be cleaned. Definitely gave me a laugh for the ride home, but if i ever need anything fixed in the future I'll try them.
