The technician was very nice and explained what was wrong with my phone and fixed my phone ahead of the time they said. If you gave a samsung phone this is businesses that you want helping you. If I have anymore problems I will definitely be coming back.
The virus check out took a full week to complete.
Customer service at front desk is great , but you guys need more follow up , you guys asked for my number and email and said you would call me when phone was ready to be picked up , but never did , waited and waited 🤷♂️. Front desk Cheerful helpful and Courteous .
