Roberto was so polite, went over the process of what they would do to diagnose my switch’s issues. He also helped me get a stripped screw out that was stripped! Would definitely recommend.

Laptop battery was giving problems. They checked it out, reinstalled the battery, and now it's fine. Great company to work with! New experience - phone issues - having problems with not reading SD card. Again, great result with the 7349 W. Bell Rd store. They understood and fixed the problem with only the basic $60 charge. 3rd issue: ran out of memory space on my laptop - so full I couldn't rip any more CDs. Great, friendly service with people you can trust. I love this service! The 1st location I visited didn't have the part I needed, so he called another store nearby and reserved the part for me. A short drive later at the nearby store, they fixed my phone and it turned out I didn't even need the part. Very honest and amazing service!
