Long wait, unorganized
Worse experience I’ve ever had fixing a phone. It’s been over two months and I still don’t have my Google pixel fixed.
This review is specifically for Charles. From start to finish he was patient and explained everything well. My Pixel 4 XL "bricked" and he tried to have the battery and charging port replaced to possibly fix the problem. It did not. However, he went the extra mile and contacted their Google Rep and was able to get my phone's motherboard covered under warranty even though it was 5 months outside of extended coverage period.
