I had an excellent experience! Candice made me feel like the only customer from my troubleshooting phone call to walking out of the store with a fully functional phone. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. She was patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I didn't have the pleasure to work with any other employees but they made sure to acknowledge me when I walked into the store, and I appreciate that type of customer service.
Bill and Timothy was both super helpful. Thank you very much for fixing my phone and help me put my sim card. Thank you very much for keeping me update as to when I can pick up my phone.
