This is a review post. It might be LONG… BUT PLEASE READ!!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I dropped my laptop off on October 16 to get the screen fixed. I was told the repair would take 5–7 days — their exact words. Instead, I didn’t get my laptop back until the end of December, and it was STILL unfixed. There was zero communication unless I called first, and even then, my calls were rarely answered. I’m pretty sure my name popped up when I called because they almost never picked up. I brought my phone in to get the charging port cleaned. It was done in 10 minutes! Great friendly service.
Service was fast, efficient and complete and we will relieved that they had the screen for an older phone. Really wonderful people and great service with reasonable prices. Thanks for everything.
