In the Springfield, PA store a few days ago for a badly cracked iPhone repair job. Customer Service Representative - name was Si - made it a seamless experience, checking inventory for screen replacement part, explaining different levels of screen replacement and cost differences before writing up the work order, and also promising to have the phone repaired and operational before close of business that day.
