Made an appointment on their website got a email and text confirmation for the appointment. About 15 minutes before the end of the window I called to see if they were still coming and they said “we don’t do weekend appointments” and would be rescheduling my appointment but couldn’t give me a date or time when that would be.

If you have asurion or thinking of it don’t, they are complete scam artists. They sent me 4 lemon phones told me that they have a warranty of a year if anything that was wrong via manufacturer or them, and when they sent me one for my own mishap they sent a terrible remanufactured replacement. Scratched on the camera lens(the ones they make you pay for if you send yours in, the back was poorly done and the frame had worn paint. This is by far the worst and most deceptive job I’ve ever had. They hired us as “tech support specialists” during the pandemic but you’re a sales person. You have rules and strict guidelines you must work by. The focus is never fixing their items, it’s selling them more things. I have worked for them several times in four states and it’s the same everytime. They even lie to the associates and pretend it s a new pilot ! I’ve been doing it since 2009!
