8 out of the 9 agents that I have spoken with so far are very kind and patient, but not a single one knows how to route my call to the correct department. I am now on my 4th phone call, speaking to the 9th agent, all just to process an extended warranty on a phone that they sent as a replacement a few months ago. Absolutely the worst experience trying to file a claim with an unusable broken phone. It has been 3 days and I still don’t have a replacement. I will not be using this insurance moving forward or recommending to anyone.

Asurion is the worst company ever!!! I have been with Verizon for 13 years and paid for insurance the the entire time. I recently got a new iPhone 16 Plus but it was stolen 2 months ago so I made a claim for a replacement. I received an email stating I was approved but I needed to pay the deductible first then my replacement device would be shipped to me. The agent that assisted me with my claim told me that I wouldn't be charged any additional fees but if I was it would be on my next phone bill. So I was upset when I receiv... read more
