After 30 yrs of having a cell phone, I lost my 16 Pro Max. I called ATT who referred me to Asurion. I was told that my time for replacement would be the next day, Tuesday between 3 & 5. I waited and waited and at 4:14pm I get an email that my appointment had been "CANCELLED". No explanation whatsoever. I called AT&T who referred me to Asurion, who referred me back to AT&T. SCAM ALERT!!! My husband purchased insurance through Verizon on our iPhone's and Asurion is the company they use. We both have had to file claims and both of us experienced complete and utterly terrible customer service as well as replacement phones that are on the same level as products from Wish.com. They replace your iPhones with shitty, garbage, refurbished trash that ends up not working. You can tell the screens and feel of the phone aren't even the same as iPhones....IT'S A TOTAL SCAM! Scheduled a repair for my iPhone screen, tech was supposed to arrive between 1:00-3:00 PM. At 2:00 PM I get a call saying they didn’t want to come at that time and said they wanted to come at 6:30. At 6:50 they still had not shown up. I called Asurion and the rep on the phone laughed at the situation, wouldn’t submit a complaint and then tried to sell me a $70 protection plan.
