I paid the extra $30 to insure my daughters tablet bought on Amazon. The damage is covered by asurion but they keep telling me I'm not sending them the proper paper work. They've done this 3 times. I was very careful to send in all the required papers, all 3 times. They are hoping I'll give up. I'll NEVER spend extra getting anything insured through them EVER AGAIN!! I'M NOT GOING TO STOP UNTIL THEY HONOR THEIR SIDE. CHEAP SKATES!

I had a very frustrating experience with my claim. The agents I dealt with were unprofessional, and the entire process was poorly handled. I lost my iPad and filed a claim with Asurion, which was approved. I paid a $229 deductible, which is quite expensive—especially compared to AppleCare’s $129. After that, Asurion sent a replacement through UPS. However, on two separate occasions, UPS marked the package as delivered when it was not. Sai helped me file a claim with my Verizon phone and set up an arrangement that worked best for my schedule. While still following through with her attempts to up sale as any good business would she did so with compassion and understanding that is a lost art in the customer service industry. Been paying for over 2 years consistently, i go to get a new screen my iPhone screen shattered and they won’t cover it! What’s the point? They supposedly switched plans to where you have to add your phone, well 2 years ago they said my monthly subscription will cover “all electronics”
