If I could give zero stars, I would. Costco should connect with a better insurance. Do not waste your money on this insurance for your laptop or any other device. When my laptop stopped working in late August/September 2024, I submitted a claim well before my warranty expiration date of December 27, 2024. Absolute nightmare. Unbelievably bad customer service. I’ve been going back and forth with them on an extremely straightforward claim for a month. Don’t buy anything from them
