The worst customer service and doesn’t really protect your device and if there isn’t a store in your area be prepared to wait a long time for it to be fixed or replaced! Unacceptable insurance for someone with a business account

If I could give zero stars, I would. Costco should connect with a better insurance. Do not waste your money on this insurance for your laptop or any other device. When my laptop stopped working in late August/September 2024, I submitted a claim well before my warranty expiration date of December 27, 2024.
