I want publicly call out Jeff in the ceo office. My son went to college across the country away from home first time and phone broke and he had no access to call home or access Apple Pay etc. Errors were made and delays came on the replacement but Jeff made sure we could replace my son’s phone ASAP and get reimbursed for it because of the urgency. We all like to reorganize in the bad stuff but when a big company actually does the right thing - folks like Jeff should be called out in a positive way. Thanks Jeff!

I had the worst experience with them and have no idea how they have this many good reviews. It took 3 DAYS and me driving to multiple ubreak I fix and they still couldn't fix it. I had to talk to and re-explain the issue to probably 20 different asurion people. Most were nice but unable to help me. They were writing my tickets incorrectly, even after speaking to their technician with my phone. Put me on hold for over an hour at one point. Very disappointed. Opened a claim for my son’s iPad and never heard back,I called and an agent reopened the claim WITH THE WRONG IPAD. A claim was made on my person iPad and a replacement was sent out for that,I didn’t ask for. My son’s iPad is in thin air and they won’t send it back. I just wanted the screen fixed. Every time I call they are focused on the wrong iPad I DIDNT ASK FOR instead of fixing the issue.
