DO NOT PAY FOR IT. USELESS!!! I bought a coffee machine on Amazon and I decide to ad this Asurion protection that was offered at the checkout. Less then 30 days later the product had a broken piece causing a water leak. The part could be replaced easily but when a filed the claim, the only option was to send the full coffee machine back and get a gif card refund (which I can get from Amazon without a coverage plan.) Filed a claim paid my deductible received a busted tv now its been almost 30 and still don't have my TV. Just getting the run around. One excuse or blaming someone else every time I call.
Completely uselss. Just save your money and don't get scammed. I broke my phone and they initially offered same day delivery. The delivery driver made no atytempt to contact me despite me providing them with a working phone number and even giving me the gate code. Then I get on the phone with customer service and they informed me that not only could they no longer ship it out that night but that it wouldn't come until 4 days after I filed the claim. Horrible experience dealing with Asurion for my Verizon device. Multiple phone calls with this company that are 45 minutes minimum in length and still no resolution. The "professionals" on the phone are not only not helpful, they are rude and unprofessional.
