I sent a fully functional phone to have the back glass replaced. The att rep plugged my phone in to charge it while swapping the information to my loaner phone. I received an email that my phone was unrepairable and they want $275 deductible to replace the phone. I told them to send the phone back and I'll just keep it In the phone case. Excellent customer service!
These big corporations work together. I was told claim was cancelled by Asurion. At&t is still charging me, now its impossible to get through Asurion for a verification letter or receipt of proof. Stealing from the small consumers.
