Do not go here. The staff here is very lazy. They close early. They should put their hours that they close at 4 PM not 430. I drove a long way to get there on time. It was all for nothing.
After rining the doorbell, I heard the woman say "seriously" it was 4:00 you close @ 4:30, I work too and come after i get off work. Would be great to get a hair folical without getting Scalpt with a dual pair of scissors. All you have to do is use a comb, then cut the hair. Instead, they pull your hair, then cut it with a dual pair of scissors. Even though I'm on probation, this doesn't make me any less human, have some respect. If I could do zero stars, I would. Terrible service and rude staff. Also very unsanitary practices and they did not know what they were doing. After filling out the paperwork, I was told that what I put on my form didn’t matter and they wouldn’t use it anyway. They also joked about mixing up samples. If you can, don’t waste your time and money and just go somewhere else.
There was a mix up with my order but staff was patient and helped me out.
