I was laid off and a few weeks latter I got a letter from this company telling me that my insurance coverage had lapsed on July 31. My company had offered to cover me to the end of year. I called my company and I am covered to the end of the year. These people lie to steal your money. I had enough stress already without them making up stories to rob me of 2k per month.

Well, no one answers the phone lines or returns an email. This is extremely disappointing since they are responsible for critical set ups of Cobra policies which directly impact my ability to have my children visit a doctor or ER for example. This is clearly a staffing issue or just a decision not to speak to any of the people who are relying on them in person.
