Our recent property search and purchase on the Gold Coast went very smoothly with the efforts of David, Fab and Ella. Good properties move very quickly so David did an enormous amount of running around for us. He and Fab inspected numerous properties on our behalf as we were interstate. We have used the excellent services of Astute Buyers Advocates several times over the years and always find that them to be prompt and valuable. They save us much in the purchase process - time and effort as well as in the cost to us.

We’ve used David and his Amazing team twice now. The amount of knowledge, his work ethic and time that he and his team put in is worth every cent. Takes a lot of the stress out and is great at explaining all possible outcomes and options and putting strategies in place to get us the house and save us thousands.
