Two technicians came out to repair eight outlets. Colby came first to diagnose the problem and was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained everything which included the minimal (bandaid fix) to the better way. Ben came out later to replace all eight outlets in an extremely professional way. Ben asked where each outlet was located and started on the repairs. Alex provided excellent service for the installation of our new fixtures and fan. He kept us informed every step of the way and took extra steps to ensure everything was precise. This is the first time we have used Astrowatt and will absolutely be using them again for future needs!
