Astro Nova Customer Service is great! Highly recommend. The Tech Scott is super nice and helpful. Scott was able to diagnose the problem over the phone ordered some parts, once parts came in he was able to come visit and swap out old parts my machine is up and running again!1 Thank you so much :)
I had to call customer service to have a printer reinstalled. We had to stay on the phone for quite awhile. I had the pleasure of talking with Manjit. He was beyond helpful and extremely polite. By far the best customer service experince ever!
