The vendor was curteous, informative, on time, and did a great job on my area carpets. I will be using him soon to clean additional carpets.
I had my carpet cleaned by Astrobrite, and so far I'm very happy with them and the work they did. I've got a single-family detached home in Reston. I don't know when the carpets were last cleaned; it's been at least 10 years. After 10 years, the carpet is still good but shows its age. Tom did a wonderful job for our home in Vienna, VA! He was so polite, on time and thorough! The carpet looks significantly cleaner and shinier! He uses green eco friendly materials which makes us even happier! The drying process is so seamless as it takes way less time. I highly recommend Tom and his team! The technicians arrived exactly at the scheduled time and performed a comprehensive walkthrough of the high-traffic areas in my home. They identified specific fiber types and selected the appropriate chemical pH levels to treat heavy-duty traffic lanes without damaging the carpet's structural integrity.
