This company is a rip-off. I signed up for a group tour this year and sent a deposit for $2000 for two people. The brochure clearly said a full refund would be given if a cancellation occurs before May 15. I cancelled April 12th. The owner, Fay Tzemos, spoke with me by phone and email. Both times she told me my refund was coming but since May there has been no response from her and she is ignoring my calls and emails. A friend went on the trip this August. I signed up to go with my friend on a tour of the Greek Monastaries for July 2015. Because of the failing economy in Greece, the trip was canceled until 2016. Fay stated she would pay for the insurance to cover the next trip. So the trip was rescheduled to go in July 2016. My friend could not go this year. Then there were different situations overseas that made global travel very risky and dangerous at this time.
