We had a wonderful experience renting inflatables from North Bay Astro Jump! The kids loved the hippo chow down, slam dunk, and obstacle course, and they were in excellent condition. Greg is efficient, friendly, professional, and punctual. The entire process was easy and stress-free.
We had an amazing experience with Astro Jump! Greg, our representative, was extremely professional, punctual, and great to work with, he made the whole process easy and stress-free. On the day of our event, Juan Torres handled the setup and was just as impressive: on time, efficient, and very professional. Both Greg and Juan were attentive to our needs and ensured everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Astro Jump for any event! Excellent service from start to finish!
I had the worst experience with Astro Jump. I had booked the jumpy a couple of weeks in advance, with transparency of what the space looked like (weeds). Rather than asking for additional footage to see if this space would be compatible, Greg said that it was. The day of the event, the staff comes to place the jumpy, at 10AM as opposed to our agreed time at 1PM. They are unable to speak English and say that it is not possible. I have used Astro Jump four times now and I would recommend them to anyone in the bay area looking for a bounce house. They are very responsive, have a wide selection and the ordering / purchasing process is really easy and straight forward. We have used them at a private residence as well as a public playground in San Francisco and they are great about ensuring all regulations are met.
