Great fast service!
As a first time customer I wasn't sure what to expect. I walked in looking for a replacement seal for a ram , not only did they have it but they also installed it for me! Super nice and knowledgeable staff had me out of there in about 10 minutes! Great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for hydraulic work/parts.
Don't change a single thing! Customer service, fabulous. Speed of service call, amazing. Communication, superior. Ease of billing, excellent. I had a machine with a pneumatic cylinder issue and was stumped on how to fix it. These guys fixed it fast.
The best experience that I have ever had with a repair shop! :0) I thought I would be coming in with my parts for an estimate and then have to drive back on another day after things were repaired, but within 20 minutes, they had the repair taken care of, and I was headed back to get my machine put back together. This was a awesome way to start my week!
After a negative experience at a different business in town, I went to Astro. Jerry was great! I wish I would have went here in the first place. I wont go anywhere else in town.
