We are heading back east from AZ to NJ. We decided to spend some days in the Gulf area on our way east. On the Sat before Easter, our "Change Oild Soon" light came on. I called a few Mobile RV techs and a rv dealership. The RV dealership suggested we call Astro Ford. We had a very informative call with Astro and she suggested a few alternatives. Extremely Rude Service & Zero Help With Warranty Issue I called the Astro Ford service department in D’Iberville for help with a Motorcraft battery warranty issue, and the experience was unbelievably unprofessional. Instead of trying to assist or even look into the situation, the staff was dismissive and rude. When I first called, I simply asked about the warranty process. Hunter was such a big help. We are traveling and had a warning light come on he told me what it was gave advice and helped by getting a fuel cleaner!!! 100% would go back 5* all around!! If I have problems in the future this is where I would go with my truck!!!
