I've had two occasions that required Astro's services, one for flood damage, the other was fire damage. On both projects they were not only very professional but, the work was done quickly, properly and with friendly employees. I'm very satisfied with the total outcome! One would no be disappointed with Astro Care.
Wendy and her team are fantastic! Very professional, from how they update me on the job progressing to handling the insurance communication. We chose Astrocare because of how long they have been around doing water damage repairs, and glad we did! Top notch.
Avoid this business. Unprofessional. They will make your cleanup or repair job more complicated than it has to be. Instead of making things easier and smoother they will make it frustrating. There are a million other contractors out there. So unless you enjoy getting frustrated and aggravated, choose a different one. Good luck.
