Don’t see how I can edit my previous post, but they did come out to fix our leak, and so far, we haven’t had any water coming in. We can’t thank the young guy (wish my old memory could recall his name)enough for working and staying in contact with us to make sure the leak problems were resolved!
I would give a ZERO, but 1 is the lowest it goes! We had Astro put up an addition to a building they put up a few years ago, and it leaks! We called customer service many times, and they said they’ll take care of it.. Well, after 2 YEARS, it’s not taken care of! Astro has not fixed the leak or hired someone to come out and fix it. We do not recommend Astro, terrible customer service.
