Don’t see how I can edit my previous post, but they did come out to fix our leak, and so far, we haven’t had any water coming in. We can’t thank the young guy (wish my old memory could recall his name)enough for working and staying in contact with us to make sure the leak problems were resolved!
I would give a ZERO, but 1 is the lowest it goes! We had Astro put up an addition to a building they put up a few years ago, and it leaks! We called customer service many times, and they said they’ll take care of it.. Well, after 2 YEARS, it’s not taken care of! Astro has not fixed the leak or hired someone to come out and fix it. We do not recommend Astro, terrible customer service.
We were initially impressed with the sales side of our Astro building, but the building execution has been an awful experience. Aside from several construction and cosmetic issues that we continue to have with our building-the customer service has been extremely lackluster. From being extremely excited about our beautiful new out building...to now a year later still having building issues, we are sullied. I would not recommend Astro Buildings as a quality builder who cares about their product nor their customer service.
Astro Buildings has been absolutely wonderful to work with. They have incredible customer service. We are holding a wedding in our out building in a week and were hit by storms in June. When I called to get an estimate for repairs, they sent it to me right away. I told them to put me on their schedule and order the materials they needed. Our shipment didn't arrive as planned, but a gentleman stopped over on his way to Missouri just to see if maybe he could do something.
