Took our car to Astro Auto Worx. The car has been for 17 weeks and is still not repaired. Now there is another car blocking it in so it can't be moved. I am told all parts are in stock and they will get working on it. Due to lack of communication between client and repair shop, I will change rating to 3 stars pending final repairs.

Took our car to Astro Auto Worx. Big Mistake. The car has been for 15 weeks and is still not repaired. Now there is another car blocking it in so ot can't be moved. I am told all parts are in stock and they will get working on it. That was 2 weeks ago. Now I'm being told they can't get our car out until they fix the car in front of it. Excuses are easy but customer repeats will be long in coming. My advice is to take your car to M&M auto for better service .

Tex is the mechanic I've been in contact with, he's held our vehicles for months with no results, lost my keys to my Camry and took 2mths to replce, when questioned he gets angry. His work ethic is very questionable. My daughters vehicle has been there since Feb and excuse after excuse and still is there, she paid him up front, big mistake!

These guys do great work at an incredible price… I had seen two mechanics previous to coming here based on a referral and both previous mechanics couldn’t determine the issue! They were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and cost effectively.
