Terrible place. I lose money here everytime i go there. Vacuums hardly work, just lost $4.00 at the self serve car wash. I will NEVER come back
this place is horrible nothing but a bunch of old busted equipment the brushes don't touch your car on the right side the wheel brush doesn't work on the right side, the rain X is colored water the under carriage doesn't work, there is no wheel Brite or rust protection the triple foam is two foams and blue Soap the tire shine is not tire shine at all it's vinyl shine for trim. Astro car wash is a rip off he doesn’t pay his employees well we work 10 hrs and don’t get to have a break . We don’t even get paid minimum wage can work 10 hrs and get paid $20 at the end of the day . No benefits no nothing . You don’t get what you pay for with your wash nothing in there works . There’s no rust protection, no undercarriage, no rain x no wheel brite, and the manager talks to the customers and employees like crap .
Buy paying for my rear bumper they had the cars stacked to close guy behind was pushed into me brand new jetta with a busted up bumper owner did not want to come out because he lives in cecil county lets see if he makes good on repairs.So far i would say dont waste your time or money place is a dump
The vec=hicle was clean coming out of the wash, then the drying personnel used wet dirty clothes to dry vehicle and after it dryed it was dirty all over again. Had to wash it myself again. I wasted my money getting it cleaned.
If you think this car wash is good, you don’t know good service! The guy that directs you in is rude and argumentative and no one seems to be able to wash your entire windshield. You pay extra to have your wheels clean, check them the next time you come out of the tunnel, they will still be dirty. I drove a new car (had it two weeks) through today (8/22/18) and it came out of the tunnel with all of the same bugs still on the front of the car. I’m done, had been going there for over 20 years, not anymore!
