I went through Turo and rented through Astro Car Group. When I arrived the car I originally requested wasn’t available. They gave me an option between two other cars and took the Subaru. I went through took all the photo of the vehicle showing all the dents and missing fog light. The inside was fine and the car drove fine as well. At night though I had a hard time seeing. The lights were very dim and struggled driving at night because of this, even if I drove with the brights on it still didn’t help. The trip was only a coup... read more
We picked up and dropped off at a nearby garage to LAX. Pick up and drop off were faster than most traditional rental agencies. Cost was a fraction of what traditional agencies would have been. Will definitely use again.
Make sure you do a test drive before you drive off in there horrible cars.. one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life!
The vehicle just like the agent was great. He drove great dependable will do business again thank you.
