Came over within around 1 day of first contact, made sense of what might be done, and went to work. the specialist was well disposed and extremely accommodating. Astro Air Duct Cleaners team showed up on time, described all the work to be done, worked around my busy family and dogs, and completed all the work in just a few hours. Also gave some good recommendations about my HVAC system. Will see how the duct cleaning and the uv lamp work out but for now I can say that I'm very pleased and will use again.
