I am a lower limb amputee who uses a wheelchair. Recently, I was admitted to the hospital for a virus. By Saturday, I felt better and tried to move in my wheelchair, but a wheel broke off. I emailed Astris-PME for assistance. After being transferred to another hospital, my wheelchair was sent home to wait for repairs. Astris-PME repaired it at my home on Monday, allowing me to return home on Tuesday after discharge. An incredible, supportive and life-changing effort on their part

I can't speak more highly of Aaron!! He came to do a routine service on my Glide Centro power wheelchair ♿. Wow!! He was so professional, so helpful and answered all my questions so thoroughly, extremely competent and nothing was too difficult for him, he was a brilliant service person! Five star, all the way!! I will be a committed client of Astris PME for yonks to come, thank you Aaron!! :)

Thanks so much to Rod in Queanbeyan team. Today we had an excellent appointment for trials of several different items of AT. Rod is always patient, kind, engaged with humour with our client and always had the client and carers needs front of mind when making suggestions for customisation of AT. Thanks Rod for always working so well together.

Once again Astris PME have out done themselves by going above and beyond with customer service. Today had Rod deliver shower chair called the Raz-Cat standard great shower chair for our person in need. Thanks for everything Team.
