They don’t give you what you ask for. They use dirty equipment. Last time I went there my hair burned for days had to put alcohol on my hair and it burned really bad! Don’t trust the quality of everything. Also straightened out my curly hair and it took a week so my hair could go back to curly.
Don’t expect to get what you asked for horrible cutting and they do what they want
