As always, she greets you with a smile.....she’s very professional, yet very affectionate. Always ask if I have any questions, concerns, etc. If I do , she will take her time to explain, and makes sure I understood her explanation or answer. If I leave a message for her to call me, she calls during a reasonable time.....I love Dr. Rosa!!!
Since I’ve been with Dr Rosa, I ve been doing really well. She is very patient, listens to you. I’ve seen positive changes with my blood pressure and diabetes. On my last visit to my cardiologist, when he saw some changes that she made to my medications, he said that she was taking good care of me.
Dr. Astrid Rosa was very professional. She explained the consequences of not following the treatment. She made sute that I understood her by. I will definetly have her as my PCP. The office personal was polite, but there is stilll room for improvement.
