Dude at front window for checking in needs to find a new profession. He has no people skills at all. Did not feel welcomed at all .
Laughing when you express concerns for something serious, transferring you non stop and hanging up instead of answering your questions. An absolute joke of a hospital with unprofessional receptionists/assistants. Will never return and I would not recommend this place at all. Go to Prosser or anywhere else where they will take good care of your family members and be professional when expressing concerns. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Lack of empathy at a medical place is unreal.
Recently had an upper endoscopy with Dr. Ong and his team and I was treated so kindly, with so much patience. The nurses were phenomenal even when I felt like a burden because I’m autistic and my pain tolerance is low. Dr. Ong has always been so sweet, and really listens to me, and the anesthesiologist was like having a family member with me. My dad went to the ER on 1/22/26 and the ER dr said he didn't have much time left, next day he is sitting up eating. Then his dr Wogu saved his life by removing his gallbladder!! She called him her miracle man!! His nurses, Bonnie and Frank were awesome and took really good care of him until he was released on 2/3/26. Thank you for saving my dad!!!
They are charging me for a medication they didnt provide! Disputed and was told sorry its what the records show. Nope theyre fraudulent cause they provided NOTHING
