I can’t say enough about the OR staff, they are Caring and professional ! The nurses that work that area are amazing, attentive And absolutely a joy to work with! I was so relaxed both going into surgery and coming out. Can’t think of a better place to be if you have to have surgery.
How can 3 employees be so rude and careless? I wrote down their names because I came here a bit ago in the morning for my wife and we had to wait for SO long to be attended. The 3 employees I’m talking about had badges with the names Janelle, Alexa, and Yahire. After ignoring us, they attended us with a bloodthirsty attitude, divided attention as they were typing away on their phones, and we even heard them gossiping about others amongst themselves. La verdad este hospital no me gusto para nada en todo la verdad no lo recomiendo llegue desde las 4:00pm de la tarde y eran las 11:30pm de la noche para lo fui no mire respuesta ni resultado a mi problema quizas sea la primera persona que se queje
Worst experience of my life! I will never go back there again! The most uncaring people. Except Maddy! She was amazing and kind. The Director just walks around saying she’s the director. She really needs to get over herself. I could write a book about this. When I left they gave me instructions for another type of surgery and not the one I had.
