Chaplin Keebler is an asset to Hospice. My mom was on hospice care and he was kind and readily available when needed. He would pray with her and for her. Much needed in today's world. He went above and beyond making our family rest easy!
High class service
I am so happy with our decision to go with Astria Hospice for my dad. The entire hospice team was professional, caring and competent. They were able to get my dad on services quickly. My dad was pain free which is what he wanted. I could not have asked for a better experience.
Do NOT reccomend. Our first visit the nurse (Debbie) went over drs orders. I asked about a drain that had not been addressed in the discharge paperwork. She said she would contact Dr and let us know. Two days later when there was an emergency, she came back in and first thing she asked was, "what are we doing to care for the drains"... I guess we should have just done that ourselves if we would have known the nurse hired to do the job would have totally neglected to do so! Left with no care several days. Caregivers did not do anything that included touching the patient. Wanted to clean not knowing how to use a vacuum. Several times I had a different care giver each day!!! Needless to say I was not happy. Most were young and uneducated. Would NOT recommend for anyone needing medical care.
