Last good dr here in my opinion that cared was dr.livingston
Some time ago I had the misfortune of engaging with one of the Dr.s there, her name was Compos. She was so rude I left and I refused to pay the bill. Some time later I got a notice that she had been terminated for illegal practice, and then when I considered going back, I was scanning their website and she had been reinstated!! An outfit that does that is not one I want to be associated with.
I absolutely love this place! Literally everyone was so kind and Dr. Ong is the best!!!! He did my endoscopy and helped calm me a lot during it, and he was the first doctor to take my liver issue seriously and refer me to a hepatologist. Can’t thank him enough :) I have autism and have severe anxiety with procedures but he and the nurses helped calm me down a lot ^_^
I have a story to tell, I just got out of surgery from Harbor View on Monday third day of recovery and the pain I had in my hip was totally gone. Kudos and respect to Harbor View staff and doctors to Astria health center in Zillha and pointed at Dr. Gruner this man and his staff did not go to bat for me. They open my back up and did a half assed job. I received the worst possible care from Dr.Li and his staff. He was decent but his nurse practitioner was unprofessional. His medical assistants were giving me the wrong information from the doctor and relaying back wrong information as well. I have received poor care from other Astria providers and will never go back to Astria for anything again.
