The care I received was good and the place was clean. But my issue is I was only there once almost two years ago and I paid for my visit the day I was there. And now they have placed me in collections for $107.00 so either they screwed up or they are scam artists but either way I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

For us, the round trip to this location is almost 2 hours, and we waited 3 months for this appointment. Our baby, a 6 year old girl, has perioral dermatitis and needed medical care. Despite this, we were refused service for being only 4 minutes late. There was no flexibility, no empathy, and no consideration for a young child with an active medical condition or for the significant time invested just to be seen. This experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed a lack of patient centered care.

Took my child to get seen due to pretty high fever for an infant and other symptoms and to avoid clogging up the ER for something I assumed she could’ve been seen at rapid care. Waited an hour and still not called in yet multiple people checked in after me as walk ins also and they were all called in before us. Walked out and on our way to ER since her fever is now 103.2 and shes 4 months old. If you go to Rapid care expect to have longer wait times than the ER.
