It's a Monday at 2:50pm. The door is locked.
If I could give it zero stars I would. I went in at 5:20pm to have my child seen and for starters there was no receptionist in the front. I waited for about 5 mins until she came around the corner. Then I was turned away, stated they were not seeing any more patients but they close at 6 and there was only one other person in the waiting room. Don’t advertise rapid care and walk ins if you’re not going to follow it.
The receptionist named “Jackie” is very unprofessional, she literally hanged up my call while I was still talking SMH.
