Waited 1 hour past the appt time and I walked out. Never saw a provider & staff never updated on any delay. Dr must be very busy if she doesn’t have time for scheduled visits. Everyone at front desk too busy staring at their phones to even notice we walked out.
They never answer the phone. It is so hard to get someone on the phone to make an appointment. Everything sure has gone down since Dr. Nealen has left. I wish I could give this place a zero stars.
