Doctors are okay, otherwise the staff is unprofessional and uneducated. No one knows how to transfer calls and the nurses struggle to complete routine tasks.
My appointment was at 9am and I’ve been waiting in my room for almost an hour and the doctor still hasn’t even arrived for his shift. The nurses come in every 10 minutes to let me know he’s on his way. It’d be different if it was only 10 mins late but it’s been an hour. Pretty unprofessional of you ask me the fact that he can come and go as he pleases while I’m paying to be here.
