They took me off the books without even fully checking if I missed three appointments within that year and started mentioning when I missed one last year in September even though the policy is three within one year. I showed them all the calls I received that year and they told me it could have been their system and I could wait for an open appointment to get back on the books. The therapy here is awesome. I was severely depressed since I was 5. I'm 20 now and I was diagnosed with clinical depression in 2018. Fast forward to 2023 It turns out It wasn't clinical depression. I was diagnosed with bipolar 1 and since then I've been able to live a somewhat normal life

My little sister attends Perry Tech. She has to have a certain blood work done for school. Assignment and all on hand asking for it. She called them in advance and they said yes. She called her work to be late showed up and they even put her in a room only for a lady I believe named Daniela came in and rudely told my sister what she has is not proof enough.
