Astria Health employs a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is incompetent, rude, and dismissive. Do not give him a penny of your hard earned money to this joke.
AVOID THIS PLACE AND SPECIFICALLY DR. BULFINCH AT ALL COSTS!!!! This "doctor" over prescribes controlled substance medications to his patients that have known substance abuse problems. He also prescribes over 2X the legal dose according to the medication's OWN WEBSITE! Steer clear of this wreckless doctor unless you want to end up in a phycosis due to habit forming medication being over prescribed to you or your loved ones.
Even though we checked in early doesn't give them the right to wait a hour after his appointment time to see the patient and then the nurse said it is his fault cuz he checked in early Just mean the doctor and nurses don't want to mess with their mess up never recommend this place to nobody
Be prepared to be sent to voicemail and wait in the waiting room for an hour. Switch primary care doctor’s asap
I'm impressed by the medical care given here, but the reception, billing and book keeping are absolutely atrocious. Trying to get a call through, waiting in line for 15+ minutes to check in while one single receptionist works, getting bills in the mail for things that they KNOW have gone through insurance, it's just an absolute mess.
