The patient is not a priority at this clinic! Very incompetent office staff. Never answered the phone anytime I called. I always had to leave a voicemail. When they finally returned my call (regarding a hematology issue) they said they had a doctor that could see me, but they were unable to schedule an appointment at the time. They said they would call me when one became available. MONTHS later I called them only to be told the doctor had passed away the week prior. If they knew he was sick when I called, why not tell me so ... read more

I've always had a great experience going to this place. The receptionist have always been helpful and extremely polite and the same goes for the nurses and the doctors. Both doctors in the nurses have always taken their time to listen to what I have to say to help me when I've been sick and not to mention today when I went I got a shot in the arm and I couldn't feel a damn thing that is how good the nurse is. The doctor I had today was absolutely amazing.

Girlfriend told me to go to this clinic so I walk in and waited patiently for front receptionist to get off phone (seemed like a personal call) not too big of deal. I gave her my ID and phenomenal insurance card and quietly stood there as she typed stuff. I was getting kinda agitated and looked into my company benefits links to c... read more

when you read the bad reviews, believe them. the front desk was the absolute rudest, degrading, woman I have encountered in the medical field. I walked in for a simple thing, and was told I need pre authorization from my insurance for a WALK IN clinic. I kept asking questions and trying to figure out how to proceed. After giving me no other options other then "go to the er then" i left and called another astria to speak with a manager. The manager then sent me back and had this locations manager reach out. low and behold the... read more

I was nervous about the reviews but today I went in when I was having an allergy attack and they got me in, out, and feeling better in the timespan of my lunch break! Everyone was nice and it was a great experience.
