I liked my provider very much. However, the main receptionist is unhelpful and unprofessional and incompetent. She wouldn’t accept my digital insurance card at the time of visit and now I have to figure it out. When I called them to get assistance the main receptionist talked over me the entire time and said they denied the claim, when it had never actually been processed. The second time I called Ofelia was kind enough to fix the previous mistake. I’ve already reached out to a new provider. The front desk blew it.
No communication and went to my appointment for nothing because of this. I have to reschedule after taking off work early to be seen. No apologies, no explanation given either. Terrible customer service.

This lazy office does not answer the phones. The lazy receptionist are just in their cell phones and don’t do their job. I’ve left 2 voicemails this week and no answers.
