I am going to be very straightforward, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE go to this clinic. I waited a whole entire month for nothing. I'll take you step by step on what happened. I got a referral paper for getting a call to this clinic in March, and they didn't call me until the end of March, and scheduled me for May 1st! Wish there was a 0 option. Doctors here have no care for their patients whatsoever. I hadn't had problems until my doctor retired. Now they refuse to send insurance authorization depriving me of needed medications for almost a year now. I changed offices, but continued care at Astria under Dr. Wilkinson to see if they would ever correct the mistake. Nope.
How can I trust a doctor to do surgery if they don’t get my name, dob, or even restrictions for work right? And can’t even bother to look at my file before seeing me? Please get a rein in things. The amount of mistakes that have happened since I started going here is actually insane. My confidence and trust has dwindled to almost nothing at this clinic.
Since I moved to Yakima its seems I can't find a good Doctor in this town. I've had 2 different ones, and even a specialist at this Astria Ahtanum Location and none of them have a clue how to do anything except prescribe medications. Recently after waiting weeks for my appointment, I was prompted to check in online. I even paid my deductible online but when I got there they told me the doctor was "gone for the day because his computer was not working? I had an appointment today. I cannot say enough great things about Dr.Bremjit. She always spends a lot of time with me and truly cares about her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
