I really like seeing Dr. Bremjit and Dr. Rodriguez. They both treat me really well. If I need a prescription refilled I just call my pharmacy.

It took over 10 months to receive my FMLA paperwork ( to care for my father), and I’ve been waiting a year to get my father’s Dial-A-Ride information back. I made numerous trips and had to repeatedly follow up on these matters. The FMLA expiration date has passed, and I was unable to present it to my employer due to the missed deadline and the entire year of eligibility expiring. I would highly suggesting staying away from this clinic. They do not answer their phones or return calls. Very hard to get orders in or referrals to other specialties. Wait, time appointments are months out. Makes me sad for our elderly population who do not receive care. Was told by one of the doctors they had eight minutes per patient so tell them your top concerns.

What does it take to get a frickin refill of your meds with this place?! Every month it’s the same thing!! Wont return calls, won’t respond to the pharmacy; they ask you not to leave multiple messages but whether you leave one message or fifty, nobody submits your refill. And this is for my daily cholesterol. Thank gosh I don’t rely on something that is life or death!
