My doctor was great but they outsource their medical billing services to an automated service and there's no way to speak to anyone about your bill. My claim was paid in full by my insurance but they are still billing me for services that were already paid, and theres nobody to speak to for help. I filed a complaint with the HCA and I will be finding a new doctor asap. I've been dealing with this $400 bill for months, its been really stressful and time consuming.
They seem to do everything possible to avoid ever answering a phone call, let alone returning calls. Nmm
