I’ve been trying for three days to make an appointment with my doctor for a visit after being in the emergency room with multiple fractures, I’ve even talked to my doctor but the front desk people refuse to do their jobs
I did the check in online prior to my scheduled appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early. I still had to wait 40 minutes in the waiting room. Felt like the ER at the Hospital. Don't disagree with them or act too needy, they will tell you not to come back.
Love my doctor but you won’t be able to get in to see anyone for days, if not weeks, even if it’s urgent.
I am going to be very straightforward, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE go to this clinic. I waited a whole entire month for nothing. I'll take you step by step on what happened. I got a referral paper for getting a call to this clinic in March, and they didn't call me until the end of March, and scheduled me for May 1st!
