Vicki, is a very experienced nurse who is down to earth, caring & one of those people you just feel safe with. I was nervous so it was great to know that she can deal with medical emergencies should they arise! Because it is a medical clinic, it helped me with my feelings of inadequacy that I have at the thought of a beauty salon etc. It just isn't the same. I've got to admit I was nervous changing from my usual person but I was anxious they weren't properly qualified, and i'm so glad I did. I've had botox and fillers and it was great. I learned more about aftercare in that one session than I've ever been told, and i hardly noticed I was having it done. I'll definitely be back. Thanks Vicki
