I needed an ignitor for my gas oven. Astre Appliance was supposed to call me at home within an hour to let me know if they would be here on the day but never did. They could not get a hold of me on my cell but sent a repairman to my house anyway. My sitter thought she would be helpful and allowed the repairman to come in and fix my oven. They were here for 15 minutes and charged me $375 plus tax. I was told that the part cost $115 and that they charge an upfront fee of $375 so that I actually got a big break! Hah. I called them yesterday evening and they immediately called back. The technician was here this afternoon and walked me through everything. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Very reasonably priced.. will have them fix my freezer next..if I have any appliance problems in the future, will contact them..
