They wanted to charge me $380 to install an oven igniter which is a $20 part and entails enscrewing a couple of screws and swapping a plug out. Rip off . Sorry I had to pay the $100 just to get it diagnosed
Very honest place! Called them about a problem with my fridge. They asked me some smart questions over the phone, helped me rule out one issue I thought I had, and were very honest with me to help me decide to replace the fridge rather than try and repair. Was also pleased to hear their service charge is waived IF you do the repair with them after onsite diagnosis.
